We are looking for HR IT Recruiter
Experience Required :- 2+ Yrs
(Must have good expertise in IT recruitment)

Responsibility

Must have good knowledge of recruitment portals like indeed, naukri, apan job etc..
Having a strong LinkedIn profile will be added advantage
Proactive candidate / willingness to excel in HR career
Ability to screen the candidate against the requirements by asking right questions.
Follow the defined HR recruitment process, & help to improve it.
Very good communication skills
Patience / Ability to listen
A well read person will be preferred
Well organized / must be able to keep track of their work / assignments
A team player
Must be able to work from office & learn from others
Having prior experience in recruitment is preferred
Having knowledge of application tracker softwares will be good.
