Responsibilities for Operations Analyst
- Review company policies and business process
- Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
- Expert in Excel dashboard/MIS/Reporting across functional teams
- Data analysis and creating presentations
- Schedule business training and meeting for all leadership teams
- Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results; preparing customer contracts.
- Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing system specifications; writing programs.
- Channel Sales Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Analytics
- Partner Margin Updates Partner Program Audit/Compliance
- SFDC Clean-up and audit on Partner data
- SFDC partner contact audit and maintenance
- System access requests process and approvals
- New partner account creation Partner Onboarding support
- Channel Sales Operational Metrics package
- Partner QBR data prep
- Partner Program support monthly updates
- SFDC Partner account maintenance, program alignment, hierarchy
- NFR Approval, Renewal Audit.
- Prepares customers to use system by conducting training.
- Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
- Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
- Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering team to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
- Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
- Keep updated on industry and market trends
Qualifications for Operations Analyst
- Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mathematical proficiency
- Foundational understanding of the principles of discrete mathematics, time series analysis, etc.
- Understanding of statistical mathematical modelling such as bootstrapping, differences of difference, etc.
- Experience with optimization and data fitting
- Proficiency in software such as R, Python, MATLAB or similar
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning modelling and working data to the best fit practices
- Understanding of supervised, unsupervised and reinforced learning methodologies
- Strong understanding of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel (specifically in formulas and pivot tables, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and numeracy skills
- First-rate attention to detail and accuracy
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High proficiency in project management
- High proficiency in Data representation/SharePoint/Presentation
