Owns at least SOW delivery for 2 Clients at any given time

Attend all N+1 meeting and participate in PBI scoring, and Sprint planning
Owns timely deployment of multiple Solutions with our Quality Standard parameters
Ensures Post Go Live Support is as per SLA
Has clear understanding of our product suite capabilities and its consumption in customized solutions
Contributes towards setting of Departmental goals/Strategies and ensuring their adherence by guiding
and directing team members
Closely collaborates with Director in aligning department with organizational goals
Manage multiple clients in parallel, often adjusting schedules and deliveries as per client priorities
Ensure timely and accurate communication to Customer on Project Status
Is able to identify and bridge gaps between customer expectations and product offerings
Key Metrics for Success:
Project Life Cycle – Managing Projects from conceptualization to delivery. Ensure projects capture essence of Customer expectations and translating same into actionable elements. Identifying and bridging gaps between Product offerings and expectations, managing stakeholder expectations in a realistic manner via requirement fleshing sessions, Project Demos and Status review meetings Ensure the 3 project baselines of Scope, Schedule and Cost remain as close as possible to plan.
Quality – Ensure projects meet Quality standards without apparent oversights, minimal defects and Integration issues by laying emphasis on processes and procedures. Ensure throughout the SOW development phase achieve a score of min of 8 from customer on both parameters “On Time” and “On Quality”
Delivery – Deliver Solution deployment within 90 FSD Approval.
Customer Support – Post deployment of solution ensure all tickets (excluding new feature) are resolved as per SLA
Mentoring – Build an environment that fosters trust, innovation and productivity within the team. Ensure team remains motivated and engaged all the time despite frequent switching between project priorities
Solution Adaptation: Work with client to ensure the solution is made as per customer expectation and post deployment customer is using at least 70% of license purchased.
Customer Education: Work with client and share best practices in using the solution
Business Analyst: Work closely with customer during SOW implementation and bridge the gap between product offering and customer requirements.
Responsibilities for Q4:
Ensure timely availability of module specific information to team members, managing internal and external communications
Ensure scope for each release is identified without any ambiguity and is implemented in correct essence
Implement project configurations, hold technical discussions with team members on varied aspects since this project is extremely complex from technical as well as functional perspective

Ensure solution developed for customer is as per expectation and has maximum adoption
Deliver training to customers as per need so that maximum adoption of solution can be achieved.

Build strong liaison with customers/project sponsors/project owners

Required Qualification & Skills:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/MTech from premier institute and with around 8-12 years of industrial exposure
Deep understanding of overall systems development life cycle including various methodologies (agile, waterfall, iterative)
Experience in implementing and modifying applications and leading projects.
Demonstrated project leadership skills such as providing feedback, team building, delegation, resource management, and planning and scheduling project work.
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
