- Develop and implement HR strategies.
- Bridge management and employee relations.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Ability to train staff on every level.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Required Candidate profile:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager more than minimum 10 to 12 years.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Salary: 50K to 60 K in hand
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation (Regular)
