Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Corporate/ In-house recruitment experience with direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passionate individual who is focused and understands technology.
- To be able to work mostly independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Should possess advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A motivated, quick learner, able to learn complex technologies, tools, and knowledge.
- With a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with delivery managers/technical panels.
- Should be flexible in doing night shifts ( if required).
