Any fresher with good aptitude, communication skills (oral and written), and people management skills and also has done MA in English.

Fluent written and oral communication skills, management skills, grasping and learning new tools, Excel & Word basics, proactiveness,

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer feedback and addressing their issues in written (non-voice)
  • Communicating with clients and handling email support (non-voice)

 

 

* Monday to Friday (5 Days) working
* Relaxed atmosphere and working environment
* Any 9 hours shift between 9 AM to 9 PM.
