Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.
Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed them properly.
Follow-up for Payments/dues.
