POSITION: Kitchen Staff/ Team Member
QAULIFICATION: 12th pass or equivalent/ Diploma in HM
EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Must be organized and punctual.
2. Well-presented and professional.
3. Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
4. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
5. Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients.
6. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare all food items.
7. Disposing of rubbish.
8. Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
9. Understanding the importance of health and hygiene.
10. A great team player.
11. The ability to listen and learn – fast.
12. Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
Probation Period: 6 (Six) Months
WORKING HOURS: 10 – 12 hours per day.
