Job Description:
- Resolve the query of the customer related to credit card.
- Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
- Complete ability and empowerment to provide end to end resolution.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Making sure that customer’s Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be 12th pass or graduate
- Should be comfortable in English Hindi.
