Customer Support Executive – NON VOICE Inbound Chat Process Full Time

Requirements:

  • We don’t have any requirements on age or educational background!
  • Good grammatical English with typing skills(at least 30 wpm preferable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
  • Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
  • Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/ Under-Graduate(any)

Experience:

  • Candidates having 0-6 months experience can apply
  • Freshers with excellent communication in English can also apply
