– Roles & Responsibilities:
* Able to work independent
* Must have previous experience as a BDE & current as a BDM
* Expert in proposal writing, lead generation, lead conversion, Client Handling
* Must have good working experience on Up-work, freelancer.
* Good oral & written communication skills
* Hard-working, proactive, and dedicated towards her/his work
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Skills:
* Able to write an attractive proposal to the clients (according to the requirement)
* Must handle clients via chat & calls
* Able to handle team
