we are looking for Experience Game Designer

Skills Required

• Research best-performing games and pitch new game ideas, emerging design trends and new features regularly.
• Create design documents for game features that contain all the details necessary for Art, Engineering, Product Management, and Analytics teams.
• Establish player experience goals, implement and tune features to meet those goals.
• Conceptualize and communicate a gameplay experience and use your technical ability to bring your vision to life.
• Model, simulate, and tune the game’s economy systems with multiple currencies, progression systems, sinks and faucets.
• Design engaging levels as well as social features, monetization vectors and retention mechanics.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, and product management on the design and implementation of new game features.
• Efficiently manage a schedule in order to accommodate assignments and deadlines for multiple products.
