Skills Required.

• Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and Freelance.
• Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients
• Should have knowledge of Web Development company.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client’s requirements and acquisitions.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of bidding portals (Odesk, Elance, Web Guru, freelancer,etc)

– Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.

– Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, Excellent communication & inter personal skills, Flair for business development.

– Sound knowledge of IT terminologies

Documentation of use cases

– Ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process flows and diagrams

– Ability to prioritize business, user and functional requirements

– Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).

– Ability to create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and its document (Create test cases based on the knowledge of the domain/product).

– Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills

– Based on requirement study and gap analysis, analyze process/framework anomalies and deficiencies and make recommendations

– Keep track of timelines and deliverables with respect to the functional area.

– Understand the context of different clients to suitable structure solution implementation.

– Review and obtain signoff deliverables.

– Communicate with client and project team when necessary.

– Experience in functional specification and or Use Case preparation

– Excellent team player who can functionally guide/assist/motivate team members and produce the best team result.
