Job Description

Mindgrap Technologies is urgently hiring for BDE /  business development executive to work with a wonderful team to bring new business, boost sales, and forge strong relationships with clients.

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in web design and development sales

2. Good communication and presentation skills

3. Fluent in English

Your Responsibilities:

• Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn & other social media networking.
• Meet deadlines & targets
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Manage sales pipeline & close the sale
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports

  You Should Have:

• At least 1 years of experience on Upwork, Freelancer, or other bidding portals.
• Email etiquette, Proposal writing, Follow-up, and Requirement gathering
• Critical thinking, problem-solving with excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Time management skills & and ability to prioritize tasks.
• A technical academic background with specialization in IT (preferable)
