We are looking for Project manager
–Experience :- 1-4 Yrs
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to manage people in the product team and customers
- Interacting with client managers to understand client needs. Seeking and providing clarification on implementation methodology, time framework, specs, etc.
- Explaining the client needs to tech team members
- Work with clients and other team members to the scope and carry out the development for every Sprint
- Lead local and remote tech teams to deliver solutions based on expectations and on-time
- Identify and solve problems without assistance and guidance
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 1-4 years- experience in a technical role.
- Min. 1 years of project management experience
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to set directions for a project team
- Experience in leading remote teams will be a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships across the client’s leadership team
- Ability to manage small to medium size projects
- Ability to work with a sense of accountability towards the success or failure of each delivery
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
- Must have hands-on experience in Mobile and Web Projects handling.
