Overview: Seeking a highly creative & motivated Packaging Design Executive to join us. You will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing packaging designs for our upcoming pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and develop packaging design concepts that align with the brand and product messaging.
● Create and produce high-quality packaging designs for various types of pharmaceutical products, including but not limited to cartons, labels, injections (vials & ampoules), protein powders, Jar packs for multivitamins, fish oil capsules, etc, and blister packs.
● Work closely with vendors to ensure packaging designs are technically feasible and cost-effective.
● Ensure all packaging designs are compliant with industry regulations, including “Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act” guidelines and product labeling requirements (proper training on this will be provided).
● Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet established deadlines. Ninja-like speed is required!
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools and techniques, and packaging innovations to continually improve and innovate our packaging design processes.
● Create a design template (brand-kit) for posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
● Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
● Strong proficiency in CorelDraw, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.
● Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality control.
● Hands-on experience in using Canva/Crello, Lumen5, Envato, and Animoto would be a plus but not mandatory
