Requirement
- Must have IT recruitment experience of 3 Yrs & in depth knowledge of the Recruitment life cycle.
- Must have basic screening skills to maintain the quality of candidates being submitted.
- Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions.
- Adept in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Nakuri, Monster etc.
- Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT CLIENT/s (high tech companies) without any layers
