We are looking Technical Recruiter
Experience Required :- 1-5 Yr

Responsibilities and Duties

• Source candidates with the right skill sets to match the requirements of US clients.
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting on portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder.
• Must have understanding US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
• Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp, c2c).
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing on LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals.
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
• Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
