Responsibilities and Duties
Source candidates with the right skill sets to match the requirements of US clients.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting on portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder.
Must have understanding US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp, c2c).
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing on LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
