#Responsibilities
*Partnering with Managing Director to determine staffing needs Screening resumes
*Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
*Administering appropriate company assessments
*Performing reference and background checks
*Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
*Forming and maintaining employee records
*Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
*Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
*Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
*Communicating with external partners
*Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
*Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
*Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
#Requirements
*Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
*Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
*Thorough knowledge of labor laws
*Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
*Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
*BS in Human Resources or relevant field
