Roles and Responsibilities –

To ensure that assigned targets should be achieved.
To ensure that 60% onboarded merchants should be activate.
To ensure and monitor the app should be intsalled by every onboarded merchant.
Ensure activation / retention of merchants, Grow market share and wallet share
To implement different strategies to penetrate new market and ensure their exhibition at ground level.
Retention of existing team and providing data to them and also to ensure and monitor that every TL should earn their monthly incentives
Resolve merchant queries from re-training, statement queries, payment queries and any other query raised by the merchant Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and satisfactory internal audit
Ensuring compliance and security procedures are adhered to properly Key Interactions
