Roles and Responsibilities:
-Follow the set of procedure for monitoring or manual processing of files.
-Create reports as per specification and share that with reporting head/ clients.
-Create tickets for and change requests and error notifications (if any) to required person and follow up on the same to get the status and keep the client updated.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support / IT Customer support.
– Good English and communication skills.
– Should be flexible with shift timings.
Educational Qualification: BCA/ MCA/ PGDCA/ BSc. IT/ MSc. IT / B.Tech / Computer Diploma with Graduation in other stream
