Betasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a talented HR (IT Recruiter + generalist) .
To interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, phone screenings and can help us recruit faster and more effectively.
Role & Responsibilities
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screening resumes and application forms
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- · Identifying staff vacancies and conducting an end-to-end Recruitment Process, by sourcing and screening candidates from various job portals and taking telephonic and in-person Interviews
- Handling the complete process of Onboarding and Offboarding of Employees
- Maintaining HR Records related to compensation, attendance, vendors, employee details etc.
- Preparing and updating the salary sheets and other expense sheets on timely basis
Requirements:
– Profile: IT HR Recruiter + generalist
– Experience Required: 2-4 Years
– Notice period: Immediate or within 15 days
– Experience in handling Recruitment (preferably in IT Industry)
– Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
