Roles and Responsibilities:
· Should have experience in complete life cycle of Technical Recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding
· Partner closely with hiring managers, stakeholder management, HR, and leadership to determine the needs of the organization.
· Focus on sourcing quality resumes through Linkedin, head hunting, job portals and other networking sites
· Handling full life cycle of full time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment
· Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
· Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
· Efficiently manage recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it – Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement
· Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per business.
· Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments
· Providing Qualitative Candidates to business within the Stipulated Time Frame
Desired Candidate Profile:
· 4+ years experience as a technical recruiter.
· Full understanding of technologies, languages and frameworks used by developers.
· Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stackover flow, Google Xray search, Facebook, Twitter, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
· Able to meet client requirements quickly and effectively.
· Full understanding of all sourcing methods and techniques.
· Able to efficiently source and screen profiles when considering their communication and technical skills.
· Big Data, Decision Sciences, AI and IoT hiring experience is good to have
· Proven ability to work within a team environment
· Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
· Hands on experience on ATS system.
· Considerable experience recruiting developers who are very good at speaking English.
