Employee Recruitment
To take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF-Monthly & yearly payment, PT, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.
To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.
Grievance handling in respect of Attendance, leaves, salary, PF, UAN activation & ESIC
MIS report generation
Maintenance of Compliance related register/paperwork
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Should be presentable with excellent communication skills.
Team Handing
Positive attitude
Ability to learn new things
