Responsibility
- Employee Recruitment
- To take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF-Monthly & yearly payment, PT, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.
- To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.
- Grievance handling in respect of Attendance, leaves, salary, PF, UAN activation & ESIC
- MIS report generation
- Maintenance of Compliance related register/paperwork
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should be presentable with excellent communication skills.
- Team Handing
- Positive attitude
- Ability to learn new things
