Business Development Executive Full Time

Job Summary

We are looking for BDE (Business Development Executive) is responsible for making new strategies for business revenue, responsible for the overall management of existing sales and marketing team, business partnerships including the development of new revenue opportunities, creating value-added opportunities, and mutually beneficial market activation programs.

Roles and responsibilities

• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
• Developing new business using the exiting leads and also generate the new leads for the business
• Coordinate with marketing department to strategies the lead generation and sales pipeline
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
• Ensure follow­up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls­to­action, dates,
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts complete profile information, sources, etc.

• Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated, have leadership qualities and creative thinking abilities
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
• Very good operational and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and leverage synergies within an organization
• High level of integrity and work ethics
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Experience required : 6 months – 4 years
