Responsibilities of Banking and Finance Telecaller:
- A Telecaller’s primary responsibility is to answer customer or client calls and provide financial solutions to their problems.
- He or she must demonstrate a desire to learn new skills.
- To resolve any financial issues, you must speak with your supervisor or team leader.
- The telecaller should be solely responsible for resolving the issue.
Key skills:
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Good communication skills
