Roles & Responsibilities:
This role is to be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented people for technical roles in US Market to meet the needs of multiple clients
· Write and post technical job descriptions Meet aggressive metrics for screens, client submissions, Proposals, sales leads Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
· Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
· Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
Requirements:-
· Excellent written and verbal communication;
· high quality presentation skills Utilize multiple online tools and social media to actively source candidates
· Build relationships and staying connected with the top talent in the US market Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Post job descriptions on to
appropriate job boards
· Screening resumes and prospects, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates
· Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Experience Required- 1-5 years
