Job Description:

  • Resolve the query of the customer related to credit card.
  • Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
  • Complete ability and empowerment to provide end to end resolution.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Making sure that customer’s Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate should be 12th pass or graduate
  • Should be comfortable in English Hindi.
