Customer Care Executive Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Processing orders and managing from start to finish update the same in portals.
• Make calls professionally to provide information about customer orders ,products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that agent can answer questions.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/too.

Required Skill Set:

• Should have computer Knowledge and Excel.
• Have good command over English and Hindi Language.
• Good communication.
• Customer focus.
• Should have good convincing power.
• Should be presentable.
• Should be able to work with team.
• Daily report to team leader.
