QS – Salesforce Administrator Full Time

Job Role & Summary:

• Leading technical end to end solution for business processes using Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service cloud & force.com platform and writing technical design documents.
• Advance knowledge and hands on setup, configure, customize, and develop salesforce platform (Rules/Triggers, Process Builders, Rules etc.)
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have Skills: Salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Design, build, and support Wave apps, datasets, data recipes, and dashboards using Salesforce and non-Salesforce Database Sources.
• Provide best practices direction and implement approaches for content governance, processes, version control and UI and Perform Impact analysis
• Must perform configuration and customization.
• Professional Experience a Must have Exposure to ETL Development using SSIS.
• Technically skilled in configuration and customization.
• Must have Hands on Good knowledge of SAQL, SOQL and JSON.
• Manage CRM (Salesforce) data and is the go-to-person for all things related to Salesforce.
• Manages the “bottoms up” sales forecasting process and provides results to sales management and finance.
• Manage communications to the sales team regarding sales process.
• Help leaders make data-driven decisions by setting up the right dashboards and reports.
• Must have Hands on Deployment experience & Lightning development experience & Must have PD1 & PD2 Certification
• Works with other technical team members representing back office application to design seamless integration between all the involved applications.
• Salesforce customization and Integration with other platforms (eg. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp). Deep expertise in Salesforce development, customization, AppExchange Apps, community projects, Lightning UI and complete Salesforce development.
• Recommend build vs. buy when It comes to third party integrations for the SFDC stack
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all product offerings and recommend new features and modifications based on experiences with past clients.
• Responsible developing resources to accomplish project goals in Visualforce, Apex, AJAX and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
• Experienced in integration architecture. Specifically, integrating external, on premise systems with Salesforce.com via middleware products.
• Experience with salesforce integration patterns, strong knowledge in web service API’s & governor limits.
• Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed multiple complex data migrations to SFDC.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely.
  related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as Salesforce developer & Administrator.
• At least one of the following SFDC certifications Certified Platform builder, Certified Admin Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX, Force.com, and Visual Force.
• Create customize dashboards with targets in SF with great visual representation.
• Experienced with integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and function as a positive and creative member of a team.
