Job Description:
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Design and manage community projects related to sustainability entrepreneurship
Organize and participate in events and outreaches to build community and boost brand awareness
Design operational, marketing and financial plans for these projects
Coordinate with the design, development, business and volunteering teams
Optimize and update information on the website and on social media channels
Track and improve progress
Skills Required:
have a provable work experience as an operations/community manager
have excellent verbal communication skills
have excellent writing skills
have a hands-on experience with social media management for brands
have the knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
are willing to adopt new products/technologies that improve process efficiency
have an attention to detail and ability to multitask
are proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
are available for a full-time (in-office) role
