UT – Operations & Community Manager Full Time

Job Description:

• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Design and manage community projects related to sustainability entrepreneurship
• Organize and participate in events and outreaches to build community and boost brand awareness
• Design operational, marketing and financial plans for these projects
• Coordinate with the design, development, business and volunteering teams
• Optimize and update information on the website and on social media channels
• Track and improve progress

Skills Required:

• have a provable work experience as an operations/community manager
• have excellent verbal communication skills
• have excellent writing skills
• have a hands-on experience with social media management for brands
• have the knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• are willing to adopt new products/technologies that improve process efficiency
• have an attention to detail and ability to multitask
• are proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• are available for a full-time (in-office) role
