We are looking for experienced Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the brand team and understand the briefs given through research and discussion about the client’s objectives to produce designs for various brand campaigns.
Create fresh, vibrant, engaging and impactful tones of design for various brands. Ensure uniformity of brand messaging throughout the creatives, conduct research on new ideas which could be implemented in the designs.
Participate in the development of creative concepts and strategies for various branded posts. Assist the brand team in the same through building decks and presentation materials whenever necessary.
Understand the sensitivity and impact for the designs required and produce designs in accordance with the same. Incorporate the suggestions pitched in to strengthen or critique the design through a creative lens, if necessary.
Ability to adapt the aesthetic and creative style required in designs throughout various branded projects following the respective brand’s visual guidelines.
Design at least 2 award-winning social-first design-led campaigns for partner brands.
Timely creation of design-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring the output of impactful, powerful and clear imagery throughout which would also enable future opportunities for partnering with new brands to promote new impact campaigns.
Maintaining quality control of all visual content delivered by the brand team.Requirement
Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in visual design, advertising or any allied field.
A degree in Visual Arts, Design or any other creative field.
