We are looking for an HR Executive to assist our company’s recruiting, and employee performance programs.
Requirements and skills
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- Employee will be responsible for screening, interviewing, onboarding, documentation.
- Employee will be responsible for one-o-one, handling employee grievances etc.
