Roles & Responsibility

  • Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
  • Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Monitor HR department’s budget
  • Good knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
  • Solid communication skills
  • Candidate should have basic understanding of Roles, responsibilities of HR, Admin process
  • Candidate should’ve knowledge about portals
