75way Technologies PVT. LTD. a leading IT Solutions company is looking for a Go-Getter, Energetic, and Sharp Human Resource Executive, someone who can be the face of the organization and take responsibilities.
Preference will be given to a male candidate.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
- Taking care of the documentation part.
- Leaves management of staff.
- Admin work(Office Bills/Payments/Other expenses).
- Be the face of the company for employees and vendors.
- You’ll also be responsible for handling grievances and resolving the queries of employees.What we’ll be expecting:
- You have worked for at least 1 to 3 years in a reputed IT Company.
- You are having an MBA and possess excellent comms(Written+Verbal).
- You should have hands-on experience in IT Recruitment.
- You should be having a strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
- You should be having knowledge of labor laws and EPF/ESIC.
- You should be having prior experience in handling office premises.
- You are naturally good at handling different situations.
