We are looking to hire for HR Executive (Work from Office ONLY).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, screening, short-listing, interviewing, negotiations
- Develops a qualitied database of internal and external talents.
- Must have good exposure for recruitment job portals like indeed, LinkedIn etc.
- Must be having a good understanding in handling Technical profiles (freshers/seniors)
- Able to handle induction and on-boarding process
- Help in making the recruitment process better.
- Able to co-ordinate for payroll and salary processing
- Must be open for backend and operations work, documentation part
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should be a team player
- Excellent organizational skills
Required Experience: 0.6 Months – 1 Yr
