Qualification :- MBA In HR Must
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Employee Life Cycle
- Preparing/reviewing vacant positions in the organization
- Sourcing Resumes
- Screening candidates based on the JD and shortlisting for interviews.
- Ensuring an Offer letter is sent to the candidate based on approval from the CEO.
- Handling People Issues – Grievance, Discipline, Performance
- Understanding the issue, employee’s concerns, and resolving the same as far as possible.
- Time Office Management.
