We are looking fro Hr Fresher

Responsibility

You will work on getting the Job opening details from various departments
After collecting job openings you will work on various sourcing channels ( Like job portal, social media, call, message, email etc.) to circulate the awareness about the job openings in IDS INFOTECH LTD
After awareness generation you will get the resume application so you will screen the best resume out of the application and further conduct the recruitment process
During you recruitment process you have to coordinate with applicants to conduct their test and then coordinate with different
team members to conduct their final interview
Once candidate get selected then you will process their onboarding and joining formalities etc
Eligibility
Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply
Fresher can apply.
Preference will be given to HR Interns or HR Recruiters or MBA qualified candidates
Willing to jon as soon as possible.
Must posses basic knowledge of Recruitment Process.
