Job Title: HR Generalist
Experience Required :- 1-3 Yrs ( Female )
Job Responsibilities:
* Should be strong in Excel and PPTs
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. *
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Manage the recruitment and selection process.
* Nurture a positive working environment across the organization.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Maintain payroll and benefits program
* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Job Specifications:
* Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
* Should be proactive and result oriented.
* Preferably masters in business administration
* 1-3 years of proven work experience in relevant filed of HR domain
* Knowledge of HR system and databases
* Good leadership skills
