Job Description
We are hiring for HR Recruiter having experience of 1-2 years.
Responsibilities :
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys.
- Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
- Policy Creation and management.
- Management of day to day activities.
- Coordination with senior management regarding ongoing recruitments and employees’ concerns.Eligibility ;
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
- At least 1 year of experience in same field.
- Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
- Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
