Candidate should have their own Laptop and Broadband connection.
Notice Period – Immediate to 15 days Joiners.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral program, etc.
- Hands on experience in technical hiring / Sales Hiring is required for this Job.
- Should have excellent working knowledge and experience in volume / Mid-level Hiring.
- Must meet all recruitment timelines successfully, as assigned.
- Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the immediate manager.
- Generate references and maintain good networking with existing talent pool and constantly.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Generate and maintain weekly, monthly recruitment reports/dashboards.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Coordinating interviews with the Business team managers and following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
