Exp. :-  0-6 Months.

Notice Period – Immediate to 15 days Joiners.

NOTE : Fresher’s with good communication skills can also apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral program, etc.
• Hands on experience in technical hiring / Sales Hiring is required for this Job.
• Should have excellent working knowledge and experience in volume / Mid-level Hiring.
• Must meet all recruitment timelines successfully, as assigned.
• Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the immediate manager.
• Generate references and maintain good networking with existing talent pool and constantly.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Generate and maintain weekly, monthly recruitment reports/dashboards.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Coordinating interviews with the Business team managers and following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
