Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Handling end to end recruitment process.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, and other social networking sites.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Performing reference and background checks
- Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Social media handling
- Handling team of recruiters.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Follow up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Consistently meet the performance metrics and provide reporting and regular status updates.
Required skill-set:
- Master in business administration with minimum 5 years of experience Major IT Recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal.
- High level of initiative and a strong drive to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information
