Cybernext Pvt Ltd is hiring for a Project Coordinator in the web domain for CMS (WordPress and Shopify) and PHP-based projects.
The candidate needs to have excellent communication and analytical skills so that he/she can interact with the clients and team. The candidate will act as the bridge between the clients and the team.
>> Experience: 1-4 years
Key Requirements:
> Analyse risks and opportunities.
> Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
>Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
>Developing project strategies.
>Ensuring project deadlines are met.
>Ensure resource availability and allocation
>Work as a Developer in critical situations
>Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations
#Responsibilities :
>Communicate with Services-team and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
>Ability to simultaneously manage different #projects and #priorities in a fast-paced environment
>Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
>Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to pre-determined #timelines and deliverable dates
>Responsible for #maintaining good relationships with clients through active communication and strong availability
>Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones
>#Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and #maximize deliverable outputs
>Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and #design standards
>Responsible for getting positive reviews from clients on different portals
>Minimum 1 year of working experience as a project coordinator and In-depth knowledge of Web ( PHP, Wordpress, Shopify)
>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
