Job Description
Position :- Recruiter 
Experience Required :- 3 Yrs

Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews.

• Analyzes the recruitment process performance.
• Analyzes the performance of recruitment sources.
• Develops a pool of internal and external talents.
• Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions;

  introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors.

• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
• Person should have a good understanding in handling Technical profiles.
• Handling induction process, post recruitment.
• Help in making the recruitment process better.
