- Review & Design of project requirements Documents..
- Communication with project managers and clients.
- Coordination with the team members.
- Keep track of the client feedback/changes.
- Continuous monitoring & mentoring of Testing team members..
- Responsible for timely delivery of projects.
- Escalate issue about project requirements (Software, Hardware & Resources) to the Project Manager.
- Review various reports prepared by Test Engineers
- Handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Adhering to company processes and suggesting process improvement methods..
