Job Description:
1. Screening of the candidates, conducting telephonic round of interview and scheduling face to face interviews through phone
2. Plan, organize, and conduct orientation session
3. Responsible for planning, recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits
4. Joining formalities i.e. collection the required documents and issuing offer and appointment letters
5. Performance appraisal, performance review
6. Full & final settlement and handling exit process
7. Coordinate & manage the full & final settlement with the help of finance division
8. Responsible for all day-to-day HR operations
9. Develop a company culture which is employee oriented and focuses on quality, development and high performance
10. Maintained all records and data in company’s software
11. Coordinated with various HODs of all the departments /branches for smooth functioning
12. Monitoring of performance and obtaining feedback post-training to measure the effectiveness of the training imparted
