We are looking for US Recruiter Fresher.
Duties:
- Performs the full life cycle of recruiting for open positions and future needs
- Research and recommend new sources for proactive candidate recruiting.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Conduct and prescreen interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Schedule interviews and provide timely follow-up.
