We are looking for US Recruiter Fresher.
Duties:

Performs the full life cycle of recruiting for open positions and future needs
Research and recommend new sources for proactive candidate recruiting.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Conduct and prescreen interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Schedule interviews and provide timely follow-up.
