Job Description:

  • HR Manager must educate, train, monitor, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives.
  • The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
  • HR MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT HIRING

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Workforce Planning and Employment (recruitment and selection)
  • Human Resource Development (training, orientation & development)
  • Administering new employment assessments
  • Attendance Management
  • Payroll processing
  • Maintaining Attendance, leaves, and other joining and exit formalities.
  • Record Maintenance
  • PF & ESIC related work
  • Policy Formulation
  • Strategic Management

 

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Office, Telephone Skills, Languages

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a reputed organization with a record of substantial achievements in the specific role
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work

 

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
