Job Description:
- HR Manager must educate, train, monitor, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives.
- The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Workforce Planning and Employment (recruitment and selection)
- Human Resource Development (training, orientation & development)
- Administering new employment assessments
- Attendance Management
- Payroll processing
- Maintaining Attendance, leaves, and other joining and exit formalities.
- Record Maintenance
- PF & ESIC related work
- Policy Formulation
- Strategic Management
Key Skills:
- Microsoft Office, Telephone Skills, Languages
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a reputed organization with a record of substantial achievements in the specific role
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
